Good wine is made in the vineyard. We do everything we can to get our grapes in top condition in our press or barrel. Everything is picked by hand and then treasured.

We continue the line from the vineyard to the winery. Here we always try to let nature do its work. Wild yeasts, no fining agents, not filtered, just pure nature.

Because we make wine from passion, we also try to create new wines every year in addition to our fixed values.
