In our domain we prefer to work with rather than against nature. We try to create as much biodiversity as possible in and around our vineyards. This provides a hotspot of life where the fauna and flora help us to control pests and diseases.

Around our vineyard there are natural wood edges with, among others: willow, cherry, walnut, blackthorn, hawthorn, elderberry and herbs.
At the bottom of the wood edges we leave prunings to provide nesting facilities for small mammals and birds.

Of course we do not use herbicides or insecticides in our vineyards. By creating a natural balance, we are no longer bothered by pests or bird food.
